Add option to use authenticated client for twitch source

Avoiding ads when the twitch global no advertisement subscription has been purchased, avoiding ads for channels you've subscribed to on twitch.

Proposal

Similar to the option to use an authenticated youtube client to view member only videos, add an option like that to the twitch source to avoid having to watch ads on channels you've paid to avoid.
