Requirements

In a OpenStack Kolla-ansible deployment, every OpenStack service and host agent (either compute or network) is deployed in a container way. To integrate Alcor into this setup, we will need to containerize Alcor Control Agent to replace Neutron-OpenvSwitch-agent container. Currently Alcor Control Agent is deployed as a user-space process.
