If you manually edit foxbox.conf and inadvertently introduce an error, then the entire contents gets wiped out.

This is VERY bad.

It should either not modify the file, or rename the bad file. Otherwise you're potentially throwing away alot of good configuration information (like the passwords for your IP Cameras, the zwave device being used, etc.)

This is one of those cases where a fatal error would be appropriate.
