feat(sacred): register P-SBL-002 w₀ = -1/φ = -0.618 (dark energy EoS)
Second semiblind prediction: dark energy equation of state as golden fraction of vacuum pressure. Structurally derived, NOT targeting DESI DR2 best-fit (-0.45). Falsifiable by DESI DR3 ~2027 (σ < 0.1). Registry v10.2: 5 PST + 5 PRI + 2 SBL + 0 BLD = 12 total. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
