feat(cytoplasm): H1 Cell Health Dashboard — TUI with auto-refresh

Add `tri cell watch` command for live organism monitoring:

**Features:**
- TUI dashboard with ANSI clear screen + auto-refresh
- Default 5s interval, customizable: --interval N
- Color coding: 🟢 80-100 (GREEN), 🟡 50-79 (YELLOW), 🔴 <50 (RED)
- Trend indicators: ↑ (improving), ↓ (declining), → (stable)
- Top 5 worst cells with fix suggestions
- Grade distribution: A/B/C/F counts
- JSON export: --json flag for piping to files

**Usage:**
```bash
tri cell watch           # Live dashboard, 5s refresh
tri cell watch --interval 1  # 1s refresh
tri cell watch --json > health.json  # Export snapshot
``**Output:**
