I suspect that an API error has occurred during blocking the user. Could you try to run the session while open the devtools?

Steps to open devtools

1. Open extensions page and turn the "Developer mode" switch to on.
2. Click "background page" next to inspect views
3. The "DevTools" will appear. click "Network" tab at top.
4. Try to run the chainblock session.

Thanks for the detailed record, but cookies in video is one of "sensitive" data. so you need to remove video as soon as possible AND logout your twitter account now.
