need verbose option

For chimple2 matlab and java, it would be nice to have easy options for verbose outputs (i.e. in matlab, leaving a semicolon off within chimpleProgram should make the variable verbose).

Adding this for the record; this is possible but non-trivial, as the
current implementation runs an instance of Matlab inside an instance of
Java inside an instance of Matlab. The Matlab Java library is mostly
unsupported and undocumented; I'll do a quick check to see if it's easy.
