Tracking Output is Not Displayed, no ConnectionResetError

Usually I would get a "ConnectionResetError: [WinError 10054] An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host", when the video is finished tracking and all frames are completed. However after 8-9 inference times on a 3 minute video with low resolution, the tracking is able to complete quickly but I do not get a ConnectionResetError and the output video is blank within the application, but there were no problems with any of the previous inferences that consisted of even more frames.
