Ubuntu: Install docker-ce instead of docker-engine?

Folks; is there a default way to make sure (on Ubuntu 16.04) docker-ce instead of docker-engine is being installed?

This module has been forked and officially taken over by the puppet team. This specific repo hasn't been updated in over a year so you really should use that instead:
