Shortcuts aren't saved when restarting computer

On version 1.5.12 (macOS Sonoma 14.3) the shortcuts don't seem to be saved after a computer restart.

Run into the same issue when the app is an chrome apps which located under Applications/Chrome apps.

It was always in my Applications folder. Shortcuts are still deleted upon restart.

What is the shortcut and the application path?

Thor application path: Macintosh HD/Applications

The app I open with the shortcut is also in the Applications folder.

Sorry, I guess it's "return" since I'm on mac. My mac doesn't have a numpad.

I'm not sure how to replicate the issue and have it logged since the issue requires a computer restart.
