Use $lookup/$graphLookup to determine ancestors/narrower/annotations if requested via properties

Came as an idea in #61. Should be more efficient, but needs some changes in the pipelines and the adjustment methods.

(Maybe move this to 1.2.1 depending on how much effort it is.)

Implementation-wise, our current solution, which is to add these via the adjustment middleware, is very convenient, so changing this would require some effort. I'll remove the milestone and we can consider this at some other point.
