Problem
The 'task' filter list is really a 'tag' filter, but isn't dynamic, so there may be no entries with any of the tags used on them.
Proposed Solution
It should show the top X used tags on the system, and allow the user to specify additional tags via a search/select component, ideally limiting to valid tags.
Alternatives
API or text matches.
