It's more consistent to have partners in a card with the rest of the ui, Plus Images don't always have the same size, so it's attenuate the optical illusion than some logos are bigger than others
Plus we don't have a hover effect with the cursor now

The logos are too small and when bounded by cards it makes a very noisy visual. I'm not opposed to design changes but I don't think the default card is the right choice.

If you want to reverse the change you can add the card class in the partners-block similar to #666
