The docker image in the hub is not always updated

Hi,

The docker image is not updated every time streisand git repo updates.

So if one uses the docker image from hub will not have the latest streisand but he might think he had got the latest repo from streisand.

Update the docker image every time streisand repo updates or inform users about this. So that they build their own docker image to get the latest streisand repo.

I will make the docker rebuild everytime there is a push to the debian image, which is often. It won't be perfect, but it will be much more up to date. Perhaps @jlund would be willing to add a push hook for the repo?
