Is it possible to implement mapbox rio-colour to geemap?

I am looking for an option to convert an external satellite image into a 8 bit image and apply rio-colour for colour enhancement. Is it possible to implement this function into geemap?

Could you provide sample code you used for color enhancement? I will see if it can be integrated into geemap.
