What do you mean by customise? Just showing first name or showing github username?

I think you can update font size to a smaller one.

Having different font sizes will not look good for users. Consistency is important.

I propose two other solutions :

• we can show only X letters for each contributor.
  Example :
  let's suppose that X = 8
  Youssouf Elazizi = Youssouf Elazizi
  Abdellah oucheghrouchen = Abdellah Oucheghr...

• We can apply an horizontal scroll for each Contributor div .
