allow to set cookies for capturing #966

The WD protocol allows cookie manipulation:
https://www.w3.org/TR/webdriver1/#cookies

Make it possible to mainpulate cookies when calling capture().

Either as third parameter to the capture callback as (actions, elements, cookies):

cookies.add(name)
cookies.get(name)
cookies.getAll()
cookies.delete(name)

Or patching the functions into the actions:

actions.addCookie(name)
actions.getCcookie(name)
actions.getAllCookies()
actions.deleteCookie(name)
