Words with positive and negative valence should look different when they are highlighted

Story: As a user, when I click the report on "Effort vs Accomplishment," both Effort and Accomplishment words should be highlighted. I should be able to visually distinguish the two kinds of flags so that I can see how the words I wrote contribute to the computed ratio.
