Add analytics

As a sysadmin, I want the ability to see the times of day/week/year during which we have the most traffic so we can plan code deploys / maintenance better.

I do not want/need access to uploaded data and I do not want/need access to user-level information.

My preference is something simple like Google Analytics, but if people have objections to that I'm amenable to something else!

Note that this is different from scientific analytics (e.g. which of the types of unconscious-bias detector/issues are most common)
