Recording this here for testing again later after the "cell component-to-anatomy" bridge is plugged into the ontology(ies). From noctua-dev model MGI:MGI:1336882:
Images here seem to say that the CL term "pancreatic acinar cell" CL:0002064 is not recognized as either a CellularComponent or AnatomicalEntity shape. It should be an AnatomicalEntity and have a path to CARO:0000000 or otherwise have some valid connection to the AnatomicalEntity shape in the ShEx spec. Perhaps this term is special; will need to inspect the ontology to confirm.
We can close this once either the ontology is "fixed" or the model is restructured to fit the spec.
