Cannot import existing MF annotation

instead of #896 as a 'stop gap'
I tried instead to use the rpb1 unmodified form where I could see the annotation)

However, the MF did not display (ideally the BP and CC associated with this annotation would also be imported)

This seems to be a general issue. I can't import the annotation in this model

I can see the MF annotation, and select it, but it never appears in the model. This annotation also has an extension (incorrect, will fix), maybe it's annotations with extensions that cannot be imported?

I'm pretty sure it's the extensions.

Also, if you annotate the root node molecular functions are not available for import. You have no choice but to add these manually. When you do this, you are not able to search for existing annotations for BP and CC, you ned to add them again (time consuming and will cause duplicate annotations)
