Hello! Im very new to this environment and I'm trying to get this bootstrap cluster to work. I ran the "docker-compose up" and I'm not 100% sure but it seems to be stuck in a loop. The load balancer gets the warning "WARN: Not Balancing because we don't have any tservers " followed by more than 10 attempts to obtain problem reports. I've tried a few times and it keeps happening. I imagine its likely something simple that I'm doing wrong. Anyone else ever see this?
