CollectionProperty Translation Target Factories

@Property can now indicate a factory to be used to instantiate the translation target for a simple property. Collection properties don't yet have this support, so if the destination is, say, a 'Collection' field, the user has no control over which collection type Moo will use.

Factory support for @CollectionProperty would allow the developer to exert more control over this.
