Support of TMS offerings in DATAHUB

Describe the bug

When opening the application, i see that OGC:TMS resources are shown in the links section instead of the API sections :

@IGNF-Xavier we would like to include this in the 2.4.0 release, but I'm not sure about the protocol used here (OGC:TMS).

First, TMS is authored by OsGeo and not OGC.

Second, TMS is already present as a protocol in GeoNetwork (although I'm not sure how much it is used), see geonetwork/core-geonetwork#2356

Thus I would recommend either OSGeo:TMS (because it's more explicit) or simply TMS. Could you please let us know which one you prefer?

Movin this to 2.4.1 because we need to implement TMS protocol in ogc-client
