Performance and Benchmark

It would be good to have some official performance testing and comparison with other systems.
I have tried inserting 100000 simple task(text:string, isComplete:boolean) and it took several minutes while in pocketbase or trailbase it took less than 1 minute.

Did you use a transaction per each inserted task on pocketbase? Be mindful that each mutation in convex is a transaction, so you might not be comparing the same thing @lbensaad

Yep - totally reasonable request.

Unlikely to prioritize this for time being, but if community members want to run own benchmarks and share, that sounds great.

We don't have any benchmark results publicly available yet, but it's on ours minds to get to eventually. It's a good idea.
