Update tanstack + clerk template to Tanstack Start RC

Hello could we update the Tanstack Start + Clerk template to use The Tanstack Start RC. Would like to use it as a reference for my migration path. I just tried to migrate to RC but couldn't do it (been trying the whole day).

Hi @nandcello! We also want to update the template as soon as we can, but unfortunately @clerk/tanstack-react-start doesn’t work with TanStack Start RC yet.

@wobsoriano at Clerk is working on TanStack Start RC in this PR:

fair. For now I've followed the instructions in that PR with the exact package versions for Clerk and it seems to be working? Didn't change anything else from the OG Convex docs integration with Clerk. Not sure if it's authenticating Convex fns properly though. Thanks for the response @Nicolapps !

We won’t update the template before the new version of @clerk/tanstack-react-start is officially released, but the changes are likely to be very similar to the instructions of the PR comments.
