Steps to Reproduce

Installed Incident IO application in Sentry and that resulted in this error. Uninstalled the integration, still seeing error.

1. Click on Create Alert button
2. Select Number of Errors
3. Click Set Conditions

Expected Result

I should be able to create the alert
