Hide long stack traces without in-app frames

Problem Statement

Long stack traces with lots of libraries and no in-app frames create a huge scroll block on the issue details pages.

E.g.

Solution Brainstorm

Collapse the middle N of the frames into a Show N frames row that will show everything in between. We can maybe just show 2 or 3 of the frames on each end of the frame list. E.g. [1, 2, 'show 25 frames', 28, 29]

We should also only have this experience if there are a large amount of frames, and none of them are in-app
