Ability to create an alert on multiple or all projects #83809

Routing to @getsentry/product-owners-alerts for triage ⏲️ |
Hi @almog-orca - thank you for filing this feature request! Outside of these alert rules existing in different projects, are they 100% the same? I.e. alerting on the same metrics? Project-level settings is an area that the team has explored in the past though it's currently in our backlog. |
@rachrwang Yes, technically we have the same endpoint backends but spread to different R&D teams and different endpoint names, but they all report the same metrics: latency, 400/500, errors, fail rate, etc. |

Problem Statement
Today, for an alert to be created, it must have a selected project, single one.
We have multiple projects that each project holds different endpoints with different owners, but the endpoints are all public facing APIs that we would like to have the same level of alert on all those endpoints cross projects, with the same alert thresholds and configurations.
Today, we need to create the same alert in all the projects, which makes it hard to maintain and operate.
Can we do "all" project, or select multi-projects in alerts?
