…d MSRV Bump MSRV to 1.82 in the docs and made sure it cleanly compiles with this version with all the dependencies we use. Updated the insta snapshot to fix the warning when tests are running.

1.82in the docs to actual latest MSRV that code compiles with - to elaborate on this , the lock file version already was bumped to 4, which was stabilized only in1.78, but some features used and some dependancies can be compiled only with1.82, hence the bump.#skip-changelog
