I run Apache/2.4.6 (centos7) with compiled mod_perl 2.0 on perl5.38.2 and get the error in apache log

Modification of a read-only value attempted.

In the VirtualHost config there is PerlRequire test.pl and there I use POSIX::AtFork
Apache cannot make a fork and goes to retry
