I have the same problem. A look around the internet, in particular StackOverflow, gave me some fixes. None of which actually worked... |
I just tried it and it works for me. Maybe if you provide a bit more information about your environment. Also like @gcrumb says, probably better to clone the repo. This work is part of another project and is very early work in progress, I don't remember if I published the latest fixes in bower release. |
This fixes the public key issue: https://help.github.com/articles/generating-ssh-keys/ Just need to add one to your GitHub profile. |
If you using Heroku, you dont have this option. Please change this and for not need a public key to install the plugin. Pretty please :) |

Permission denied (publickey).
