I see in the function ParseUri only support sip and sips，can the tel fomat be supported？

Hi @yuyiqi90111,
I hope it can be implemented. But I can't guarantee when it will be ready.
I need to find some time to learn rfc https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3966 about tel scheme.

Take a note that currently gosip is more experimental lib, seems like all works but there are lack of a lot features described in the rfcs.
And public api is not stable yet, can be changed drastically
