Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 را هم نصب کردم بازم همین ارور میدهد

بله همینطوره برای منم از چندماه پیش نصب نمیشه

این به خاطر پکیج cchardet هستش بنده توی یه پکیج دیگه که از روی همین پکیج نوشتم این پکیج رو حذف کردم
