Hi,
actually /var/log/boot.log entry in /etc/logrotate.d/syslog config file (OS_DEFAULT) conflicts with same entry in /etc/logrotate.d/bootlog file from "plymouth" package:
error: syslog:4 duplicate log entry for /var/log/boot.log

Probably, 'plymouth' package introduced this logrotate config file only recently:
