macOS 26 Beta 9: Command Palette Doesn't Have Focus

On macOS 26 Beta 9, the command palette doesn't gain initial focus.

Reproduction:

1. Cmd+Shift+P (no config)
2. Type

This worked on prior betas and works fine on older macOS versions so it may be worth just waiting to see if this gets resolved prior to release.

Copying my comment from the meta issue: This started in beta 6 and is not consistent: sometimes the palette does get focus, but I'm not 100% sure why (could be related how Ghostty itself receives focus -- e.g., clicking on the window, alt-tabbing, waking from sleep, switching desktops...)
