I have a Samsung Galaxy watch 4 and in Galaxy watch series there is a setting that is called universal gestures inside the accessibility settings. There, there is an option to pinch to touch or like making the fist to touch but I guess when I am using that feature to touch in your app to like a pinch to click like I am focusing on the left button mouse button to click then it is not registering I think you should look in this because this is a very good opportunity to make your app robust I will posting a link for the issue that I am facing hope you will understand because understanding this issue is quite difficult I guess.
So the possible fix is that the buttons or the clickable areas should be quite change in the code please I would request to fix this.
