glightning problems

glightning has been almost abandoned for quite some time and is behind on many deprecated fields.

Also, glightning currently lacks notifications channel_state_changed and shutdown which would be helpful for our use case, as well as RPC delpay.

One solution would be to move away from it to gRPC or cln4go, but circular is kinda heavily coupled with glightning types.

Update: there is an ongoing effort by the Core Lightning developers to bring glightning under the CLN repo, which means it will be officially maintained by the CLN devs. This changes everything as we can keep relying on glightning without migrating to gRPC (which would also give weaker guarantees)
