Steps to reproduce

The Giselle app is not responding to the /giselle call-sign command when used in GitHub issue comments.

1. Create a new issue or open an existing issue in a GitHub repository.
2. Add a comment to the issue containing the command /giselle call-sign.
3. Wait for a response from the Giselle app.

Expected Behavior

The Giselle app should process the /giselle call-sign command and add a response comment to the GitHub issue.

Actual Behavior

The Giselle app does not respond to the /giselle call-sign command. No comment is added by the app to the issue.

Additional Context

• This issue was observed in both production and preview environments.
• GitHub Webhook responses indicate success, suggesting the command is being received by the backend. However, no corresponding action is taken to comment back in the issue.
