unable to update the assignments starter code repository link, getting

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://classroom.github.com/classrooms/43291578-codecool-global/group-assignments/tic-tac-toe-python/settings
Click on 'Add starter code' (it will show 'repository deleted')
Paste: 'CodecoolBase/tic-tac-toe'
Click 'Update assignment'
See 500 error

Expected behavior
Assignment is updated, no error shows up
