VScode is flagging some of the tools as being unknown

Issue:
I can see that many of the tool have been updated and the VSCode is warning about those

Unknown tool 'think'.
Tool or toolset 'runCommands' has been renamed, use the following tools instead: execute/getTerminalOutput, execute/runInTerminal, read/terminalLastCommand, read/terminalSelection
Tool or toolset 'runTasks' has been renamed, use the following tools instead: execute/createAndRunTask, execute/getTaskOutput, execute/runTask

I would love help tackle this if I can, is there a set of MCP servers that need to be installed or the tools themselves updated?
