Watching progress of coding agent in Actions log no longer possible

It used to be possible to watch the progress of the coding agent in the Actions logs - this was the only way to observe initial progress of the agent

This no longer works. It is an important part of the overall experience.

We need the detailed outputs from Claude to analyze the runs so we need to explore the cli arguments to be able to get the streaming-json messages + friendly TUI rendering.
