Can I run Spec Kit commands in GitHub CLI via GitHub actions

My idea is to integrate the backlog management system with GitHub Spec Kit and I want to create a ticket in backlog and trigger the spec workflow in GitHub Spec kit and get clarifications list and spec draft in the backlog. Repeat the same for all downstream phases like plan, tasks and implement.

What agent are you using? Anyhow this does not seem to be a good idea. You interact with the agents with many iterations, it;s not closed, 5 step process
