Change subject and/or reference header to avoid threaded career mails #997

To automate parts of our application process for incoming applications we should avoid grouped emails in gmail. This can be done in two ways:

Create a new subject for each message that you don’t want to group.
Send each message with a unique reference header value that doesn’t match a previous message.
