Bug description

We have postgresql running in our workspaces but, sometimes, we need to manually start it after re-open an existing workspace.

Steps to reproduce

  • Create a workspace
  • Close it
  • Re-open it
  • Check port status

Workspace affected

Expected behavior

Postgresql is always available.
