User story

As a user I want to opt out from showing the contributor bio on my profile page

Main success scenario

  1. Sign in to Praise Dashboard
  2. Navigate to your profile page
  3. Mark a checkbox "hide" (or similar) next to contributor bio and/or tags
  4. Show notification letting the user know this also hides information from /whois bot command etc
