User story

The praise application doesn't respond sometimes in giveth's server when praising longer praises.

Main success scenario

Praise works every time, and the bot should give an appropriate error message if any errors occur.

Open questions

Can we check the bot logs to see what happened?
Also, for failed praises, perhaps we can add a button that allows users to copy old failed praise, or we can tell them that they can see the praise message by clicking on the slash command (instead of having to remember what they typed earlier)?
