Turns out the metadata is already the zip file, and we don't need users to upload it.

Is this actually there? I looked through the files in the example FBMN analysis (for AGP), and I can't seem to find anything that contains the sample metadata.

Hi Joe, it probably depends on the release and workflow but the most recent jobs should have it when it was uploaded, i.e., check https://gnps.ucsd.edu/ProteoSAFe/status.jsp?task=1409461449f244f0a7c77bab277063b1
