Add Factory production container from OSG

Create a Factory production container.
See the OSG one below.
Adapt is to GWMS w/o all the OSG infrastructure. Maybe do a base GWMS image from the base OSG or include everything in the Factory container.
Maybe split into 2 containers to have a separate Factory Web server (mounting the disk serving Web Area)

Factory container (main branch, multi OS. EL7 in production, migrating to EL9. Ignore the factory branch, old version)
