Implement documentation search

The options are:

• Algolia
• Implement own search by generating index at build time (client-side bloom filter?)
• Implement own with Lambda-based backend

@ronaldtse I don’t mind Algolia, their search is not 100% perfect (from my experience on other sites I think it is sometimes missing useful results) but I’ll integrate it into our static site build system once we have their API key. Feel free to assign to me when we have the key? I’m not sure what level of access is needed to obtain it
